About the Role

The Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Reductions Team Lead to oversee reductions operations, lead a team of Reductions Specialists, and support the resolution of personal injury cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Reductions Specialists.
• Monitor productivity, workload, and reductions performance.
• Review complex hospital, lien, and provider negotiations.
• Review settlement statements and ensure file accuracy.
• Identify workflow improvements and reduce departmental backlogs.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 3 years of recent Plaintiff Personal Injury reductions experience with hospital reductions, liens, and medical bill negotiations.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience.
• Experience working in a Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm using Litify, Salesforce, or similar case management systems.
