About the role

BOS Staffing has partnered with a well-established plaintiff personal injury firm seeking a motivated Team Lead Personal Injury Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its growing team.

Compensation & Details

• $200,000 + DOE
• Full benefits package (health, 401k, PTO)
• Full-time, on-site in downtown Manhattan
• Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Qualifications

• J.D. and active New York license
• 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience
• Strong litigation, writing, and organizational skills
• Experience with case management systems (Filevine a plus)

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize a high-volume PI caseload
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Prepare for depositions, court appearances, and trial
• Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
