About the Role
The Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Reductions Specialist to negotiate medical bills, provider balances, and liens while maximizing client recoveries.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate medical bills, provider balances, and liens.
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, hospitals, and collection entities regarding reductions-related matters.
- Maintain accurate case documentation and updates in Litify.
- Prepare and review closing statements and reductions-related documentation.
- Manage assigned files through resolution while meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Minimum 2 years of recent personal injury reductions, liens, or medical bill negotiation experience.
- Experience handling hospital reductions and negotiating directly with medical providers and collection entities.
