About the Role
The Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Intake Case Manager to oversee pre-litigation motor vehicle accident cases from intake through demand readiness.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume plaintiff personal injury pre-litigation caseload.
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.
- Coordinate medical treatment and obtain medical records and bills.
- Handle property damage claims and support case progression.
- Maintain accurate case documentation in Litify.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Minimum 2 years of recent Florida Plaintiff Personal Injury pre-litigation case management experience handling motor vehicle accident cases.
- Experience managing liability investigations, property damage claims, insurance communications, and case progression.
- Experience working in a Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm and managing a high-volume caseload.
