About the role

We are actively recruiting for Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team. Ideal candidates should have a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment and prepare products to standard specifications
• Clean equipment and facility daily
• Work to a schedule that accommodates personal commitments
• Provide great customer service and adhere to store standards
• Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers via phone and in person
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
• Enter information into digital systems using a computer keyboard or touch screen

Requirements

• Age 18 or older
• Available to work between 3-11
• Available to work Saturdays/Sundays or every other weekend
• Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
• Ability to operate various kitchen and delivery equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stack shelves up to 72 inches high

Work Conditions

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks
• In-store temperatures range from 36 degrees in cooler to 90 degrees and above in some work areas
• Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside
• Fumes from food odors
• Exposure to cornmeal dust
• Cramped quarters including walk-in cooler
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 degrees or higher
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts
