About the role

We are actively recruiting for Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team. Ideal candidates should have a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment and prepare products to standard specifications
• Clean equipment and facility daily
• Work to a schedule that accommodates your needs
• Provide great customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Attend to store cleanliness and adhere to standards
• Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers over the phone and in person
• Perform basic math operations accurately and quickly
• Enter information into digital systems using a computer keyboard or touch screen

Requirements

• Age 18 or older
• Available to work between 3-11
• Available to work Saturdays/Sundays or every other weekend
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stack items up to 72 inches high
• Good near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
• Standing and walking for short durations
• Repetitive tasks and working alone or with others
• Working under stress and meeting strict quality control standards

Qualifications

Work Conditions

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions
• In-store temperatures ranging from 36 degrees to 90 degrees and above
• Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside
• Fumes from food odors
• Cornmeal dust exposure
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts
• Hot surfaces/tools up to 500 degrees or higher
