Responsibilities

• Operate all store equipment and prepare pizza products to standard specifications.
• Clean equipment and facility daily, maintaining a perfect image and adherence to standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by processing orders both over the phone and in person.
• Work to a schedule, ensuring punctuality and consistent attendance.
• Comprehend and give correct written and verbal instructions.
• Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) quickly and accurately, using a calculator if needed.
• Enter information into digital systems using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with unloading bulk product deliveries (cases weighing up to 50 pounds).

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be available to work between 3 PM and 11 PM.
• Must be available to work Saturday/Sunday or every other weekend.
• Ability to stand for most tasks, walk short distances, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures (36°F in cooler to 90°F+ in work areas) and handle sudden temperature changes.
• Ability to work in cramped quarters, including walk-in coolers, and around hot surfaces/tools (up to 500°F or higher).
• Must have near and mid-range vision, depth perception, and the ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
• Strong verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and co-workers.
• Basic mathematics skills for order processing and inventory tasks.
• Ability to work under stress, meet quality control standards, and make judgments/decisions quickly.
