Pittsburgh Team Lead

A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) is hiring a Weekend Team Lead to support operations across multiple facilities in the Pittsburgh area. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain leadership experience, earn extra income on weekends, or take the next step toward a management career.

Schedule

Saturday & Sunday 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Location

Pittsburgh, PA

Responsibilities

• Supporting operations across multiple facilities
• Leading and assisting janitorial teams as needed
• Conducting quality inspections and ensuring standards are met
• Training and coaching team members
• Providing coverage when staffing needs arise
• Tracking labor hours and assisting with operational goals
• Placing weekly supply orders
• Communicating schedule, policy, and procedural updates
• Working closely with the Account Manager
• Identifying opportunities for additional services
• Helping maintain a positive and productive work environment

Requirements

• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
• Comfortable working in multiple locations and supporting different teams
• Reliable transportation required

Janitorial, facilities, or supervisory experience is a plus, but not required.
