About the role
Responsible for developing pitching skills, strategies, and routines for players.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement pitching training programs
- Work closely with coaches to develop comprehensive player development plans
- Provide individualized feedback and coaching sessions
- Attend team meetings and practices as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in sports science, education, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of coaching experience at the high school level
- Proven track record of developing pitchers to higher levels of performance
- Strong understanding of pitching mechanics and strategy

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
