About the role

Club 45 is hiring Baseball Coaches to deliver private lessons, group clinics, and multi-day camps to members and their families. The role is for coaches who want to grow a private book on a real platform.

Responsibilities

• Deliver private lessons (30 / 60 minute) to members and athletes.
• Run group clinics and multi-day clinics.
• Maintain athlete safety standards including concussion protocol awareness.
• Help fill your clinics through promotion and referrals.

Requirements

• USA Baseball or ABCA-affiliated coaching credential (or equivalent demonstrated experience).
• CPR/AED certification (within 24 months).
• Concussion protocol awareness training.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering private and group lessons.
• Ability to set and maintain private lesson rates.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Outdoorsy and active lifestyle.

Pay

Private 30-min lessons: $45–$75 member rate, you earn 65%.

Private 60-min lessons: $80–$130 member rate, you earn 65%.

Group clinics: $85 base + $5/head over 6.

Multi-day clinics: $340/day + $25/head over 12.

Estimated annual earnings: $25,000–$80,000 based on book.

Schedule

Part-time, on-site position.
