Pipeline and Conveyance Practice Leader

Engineering$120k–$200k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role? The posting includes a description after "Lead Pipeline and Conveyance Innovation Across the United States". That's like a summary. Could be "About the role". Then "Responsibilities". Then "Qualifications". Then "Compensation And Total Rewards" -> we can treat as "Pay" maybe? The instruction: Use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have compensation details, benefits details. So we can have "Pay" and "Benefits". Also maybe "Skills"? Not explicit. We have "Qualifications" includes basic and preferred. Could also have "Requirements". But we can combine. We'll include sections: About the role (summary), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Pay, Benefits. Ensure we don't repeat job title. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Also remove "Physical Requirements" maybe could be part of Qualifications? But it's a separate section maybe "Physical Requirements". The instruction says we can include sections only when posting has real specific content. Physical Requirements is present. Could be a section "Physical Requirements". But the allowed headings list does not include Physical Requirements, but we can still use h3 for any section heading? The instruction says use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive. Safer to stick to those headings. Physical Requirements could go under Qualifications or Requirements. We'll put under Qualifications as a sub-list maybe. But we need to preserve all substantive info. Could add a
under Qualifications for Physical Requirements. That's fine. We need to remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. At end there is "AE2S is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action / Disability Employer" - remove. Also remove "All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements..." maybe keep? It's part of Qualifications? It's a requirement but maybe we can keep under Qualifications as a bullet. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract content. Sections: About the role: The paragraph after "Lead Pipeline and Conveyance Innovation Across the United States At AE2S, this is more than a leadership role. It is an opportunity to define how pipeline and conveyance systems are planned, designed, and delivered across the United States. We’re looking for a Pipeline and Conveyance Practice Leader to lead this practice across all locations, driving strategy, technical excellence, and growth across critical water infrastructure systems. Practice leaders at AE2S focus on the Technologies, Trends, and Training for their respective practices. This role offers the opportunity to influence projects, teams, and the future of how water is delivered. Why This Opportunity Is Different This is not a regional role. As the Pipeline and Conveyance Practice Leader, you will: Shape AE2S’s national strategies in pipeline and conveyance systems such as:Raw and drinking water transmission and distribution pipelinesWastewater collection, force main, and interceptor pipelinesBooster stations, wastewater lift stations, and related hydraulic facilitiesElevated and ground storage facilities when integrated with conveyance and distribution systemsHeavy civil infrastructure associated with pipeline corridors, utility crossings, site restoration, embankments, and constructability planningExpand and strengthen technical capabilities across multiple statesInfluence project delivery across multiple statesBuild and scale a nationally recognized practiceCollaborate with leadership across operations, client development, and strategy" We need to keep bullet list after colon. The list items are separated by no punctuation; we need to split. We'll create
    • for each. Responsibilities: bullet list under "Responsibilities". The text: "You’ll lead the strategy, technical direction, and growth of AE2S’ Pipeline and Conveyance Practice nationwide. Set and drive the national vision for pipeline and conveyance and distribution systemsPartner across regions to grow teams, capabilities and marketing presenceLead technical direction and elevate quality across all large pipeline and conveyance projectsAnticipate and operationalize emerging trends in pipeline and conveyance infrastructure and system designRepresent AE2S as a recognized voice in the industry through client advisory roles, conferences, and professional engagementsSupport major pursuits and provide technical leadership in business developmentMentor and develop engineers and technical staff across offices" We need to split into separate bullets. What Success Looks Like: bullet list maybe could be part of Responsibilities or separate section? Could be "What Success Looks Like". Not in allowed headings but could be under Responsibilities? Might be better to include as a separate section "What Success Looks Like". But instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could incorporate into Responsibilities or maybe under "About the role". However it's distinct. Could make a section "What Success Looks Like". Not in examples but allowed? The instruction says use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings but suggests those examples. Safer to stick to those. We could merge "What Success Looks Like" into Responsibilities or maybe under "About the role". I'd merge into Responsibilities as additional bullets. Why AE2S: descriptive paragraph about company. Could be under "About the role" or separate "About AE2S". Not in list. Could be under "About the role". We'll incorporate. Compensation And Total Rewards: salary range and bonus, ESOP, 401k. We'll make "Pay" section with salary range and bonus etc. Industry-Leading Family Benefits: benefits list. We'll make "Benefits" section. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. We'll make "Qualifications" section with two sublists maybe. Physical Requirements: could be under Qualifications as a subsection. We must not include headings with filler text. All sections have content. Now produce HTML. Structure:
