Job Overview
Primoris Heavy Civil Division is seeking an experienced Pile Driving Manager to support our growing portfolio of roadway and bridge construction projects across Louisiana. This leader will oversee all pile driving operations from planning and equipment coordination to field execution and safety compliance ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with uncompromising safety.
About the Role
The Pile Driving Manager will lead the pile driving operations, ensuring project timelines, quality, and safety standards are met. The role involves coordinating with subcontractors, managing equipment, and adhering to safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Oversee pile driving operations from planning to execution
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for equipment and resources
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Monitor and report on project progress and performance
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pile driving operations
- Experience with heavy equipment operation and maintenance
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver’s license
