Picklr Team Lead

The Picklr is hiring Team Leads for our Burlington and Danvers, Massachusetts locations. We're looking for reliable, motivated leaders who can take ownership of a shift, support their teammates, connect with members, and keep the club operating at a high level.

About the role

Ready to lead the energy instead of simply following it? Consistent weekend availability is required. Weekends are some of our busiest and most exciting times, filled with leagues, clinics, tournaments, events, and member activity. Our Team Leads must be ready to step up, stay organized, and create an outstanding experience during these peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and provide direction, support, and coaching to team members
• Create a welcoming, energetic, and professional experience for every member and guest
• Handle opening and closing responsibilities while maintaining club standards
• Lead facility tours and drive membership sales through confident, consultative conversations
• Process transactions, manage the POS system, and respond to member questions
• Support scheduling and registration for leagues, clinics, lessons, tournaments, and events
• Assist with retail and pro shop operations, including merchandising and inventory
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the facility
• Respond calmly and professionally to member concerns and operational challenges
• Help build a strong club community that keeps members engaged and coming back

Requirements

We want someone who leads by example. The ideal candidate is dependable, confident, organized, and comfortable taking charge in a fast-paced customer-facing environment. Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a team-first mindset are essential.

• Previous leadership, sales, hospitality, fitness, retail, or sports experience is preferred—but attitude, work ethic, and coachability matter most
• Flexible availability, including consistent Saturday and Sunday availability
• Comfortable supporting the club during busy shifts and special events

Pay

Starting at $20 per hour + unlimited commission potential through memberships, retail, and events.
