About the role
A Full-time Physics and Chemistry teacher to teach ACP level physics and chemistry to sophomore students.
Responsibilities
- Teach ACP level physics and chemistry to sophomore students.
- Be highly organized, flexible, and able to collaborate with others.
- Be well versed in the physical sciences and be familiar with laboratory protocol in the high school setting.
- Explain complex physics and chemistry concepts in a clear and concise manner for students to understand and relate to.
- Prepare, conduct, and evaluate lab activities for both physics and chemistry courses.
- Familiarity with electronic gradebook platforms and school dashboard programs.
- Previous teaching experience is preferred and secondary science certification is strongly recommended.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $40,000-60,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
