About the role
We are now accepting applications for the 26-27SY! New Hires are eligible for a *3,000 hiring bonus. (First Installment paid out after your first 30 days, second installment paid out after your next 6 months).

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- California teaching authorization in science required
- English Learners Authorization required
- NCLB Highly qualified required
- 1+ year working with students as a teacher, teacher intern, or teaching assistant preferred
Skills
- Knowledge of subject matter, including State Standards and subject-specific frameworks
- Knowledge of child cognitive development and various learning styles
- Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative student data
- Ability and willingness to reflect and improve instructional practices
