Physician Practice Clinical Supervisor-Primary Care North

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor clinical staff (CMA, LPN, RN), including onboarding, training, and professional development.
• Collaborate with providers to support electronic health records, quality metrics, and value-based care initiatives.
• Oversee clinical supplies, lab certifications, and compliance with state/regulatory requirements.
• Manage staff scheduling, PTO requests, Kronos reviews, and assist with recruitment/retention.
• Promote effective communication and provide feedback to support staff performance and evaluations.
• Model and enforce high standards for patient experience, addressing and resolving clinical concerns.
• Provide clinical support and step in as needed to ensure smooth practice operations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma required.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in an outpatient clinic; leadership experience preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: Medical Assistant: 5+ years of experience (certification preferred). LPN: Current Maryland license with at least 2 years of experience. Other licensed clinical specialties (e.g., Radiology Technician) with 2+ years of experience will be considered.
• Strong teamwork, independence, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication (oral, written, interpersonal) and problem-solving skills.
