About the role
The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine is seeking a visionary and accomplished cardiologist to serve as Section Director of Adult Congenital Heart Disease.
Responsibilities
- Ensure continuity of care across the lifespan
- Support accreditation standards
- Expand access to specialized care
- Position the institution as a regional referral center for adult congenital heart disease
Requirements
- Board Eligible/Certified
- Successful completion of a US-accredited Cardiovascular Medicine fellowship
- Successful completion of a US-accredited Adult Congenital Heart Disease fellowship
- A plus but not mandated: Successful completion of a US-accredited Pediatric Cardiology fellowship
- Minimum of 5–10 years of clinical experience in cardiology practice
- Eligible for an Ohio license
- Clinical or translational research experience preferred
- Qualify for an academic appointment at The Ohio State University
