About the role

The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine is seeking a visionary and accomplished cardiologist to serve as Section Director of Adult Congenital Heart Disease.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure continuity of care across the lifespan
  • Support accreditation standards
  • Expand access to specialized care
  • Position the institution as a regional referral center for adult congenital heart disease

Requirements

  • Board Eligible/Certified
  • Successful completion of a US-accredited Cardiovascular Medicine fellowship
  • Successful completion of a US-accredited Adult Congenital Heart Disease fellowship
  • A plus but not mandated: Successful completion of a US-accredited Pediatric Cardiology fellowship
  • Minimum of 5–10 years of clinical experience in cardiology practice
  • Eligible for an Ohio license
  • Clinical or translational research experience preferred
  • Qualify for an academic appointment at The Ohio State University
