About the role
Enjoy a weekday-only schedule with no weekends, low daily patient volume, and work in a Skilled Nursing and Rehab setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including admissions, follow-ups, and Medicare visits
- Manage treatment plans for a stable post-acute population
- Supervise Nurse Practitioners and Medical Assistants on-site
- Ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and coordinate holistic care with facility teams
- Accurately document visits and submit billing using EMR and proper coding
Requirements
- Active SC medical license
- Board certification or eligibility
- EMR experience preferred
Qualifications
- Full-time position
- Monday to Friday schedule, with part-time options
- Approximately 16 patients per day
- No nights or weekends
