Essential Functions And Responsibilities

• Take on a leadership role as a facility medical director, guiding the quality of care and offering mentorship to care teams.
• Your oversight will ensure continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
• Provide primary care and oversee medical treatment for residents at assisted living, nursing, and rehabilitation facilities.
• Deliver patient-centered care rooted in best practices, always striving for optimal health outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate and provide clinical support to nurse practitioners, typically one per facility, empowering them with guidance and sharing medical expertise.
• Maintain responsibility for primary care services, ensuring that all patients receive comprehensive, coordinated medical attention.
