About the Role
This role provides clinical oversight for an 8-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) and a 13-bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) within a community hospital setting. The position offers an excellent work-life balance with a predictable 1 week on / 1 week off schedule (26 weeks per year).
