• MD or DO (Board Certified or Eligible)
• Active South Carolina medical license
• DEA, DHEC credentials
• Experience in EMR documentation and coding preferred

Candidates should have leadership skills, work autonomously, and be passionate about post-acute care.

Pay

Salary ranges from $250,000 to $270,000 annually.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 6–8 hour shifts, with approximately 16 patients per day. Part-time options are available. No nights, weekends, or on-call.
