About the role
Enjoy a weekday-only schedule with no weekends, low daily patient volume, and a setting in Skilled Nursing and Rehab.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including admissions, follow-ups, and Medicare visits.
- Manage treatment plans for a stable post-acute population.
- Supervise Nurse Practitioners and Medical Assistants onsite.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and documentation using EMR and proper coding.
- Collaborate with facility teams to deliver holistic care.
Qualifications
- Active SC medical license
- Board certification or eligibility
- Experience in chronic and post-acute care
Pay
Salary ranges from $250,000 to $270,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits.
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 6–8 hour shifts, with ~16 patients/day, no nights or weekends. Part-time options available.
