Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

About the role

At Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, our mission is to build trusted relationships to make people healthier. We’re hiring physician (MD/DO) contractors to conduct In-home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home visits that focus on a person’s overall health and well-being and identify potential barriers to care
• Perform a medication and medical history review, as well as a physical evaluation in a health plan member’s home
• Provide a pre-populated, patient-specific form for each evaluation
• Make referrals to the individual’s health plan, encourage participation of their loved ones, and ensure their PCPs are aware of their health and overall quality of life

Requirements

• State License Required
• Medicaid License or willingness to enroll (with our support) strongly preferred

Pay

• Earn up to $3,000 to $5,000 each week (Average 6–9 visits daily, base rate of $100 per completed assessment)
• Increase your per-visit rate up to 160% with our Market Multiplier

Schedule

• Shifts available Monday – Sunday (no nights/weekends required)
• Short-Term or Long-Term basis
• Pre-scheduled visit in-home with health plan members
• Flexible Schedule
• Independent Contractor, 1099 status

Notes

These visits do not include prescribing medicine, ordering lab tests, or altering people’s current treatment regimen.

This is an excellent opportunity for resident physicians to earn additional income or for more seasoned physicians seeking a change of pace.
