Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

About the role

At Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, our mission is to build trusted relationships to make people healthier. We’re hiring physician (MD/DO) contractors to conduct In-home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home visits that focus on a person’s overall health and well-being and identify potential barriers to care
• Perform a medication and medical history review, as well as a physical evaluation in a health plan member’s home
• Provide pre-populated, patient-specific forms for each evaluation
• Make referrals to the individual’s health plan, encourage participation of loved ones, and ensure primary care physicians are aware of the member’s health and overall quality of life

Requirements

• State License Required
• Medicaid License or willingness to enroll (with support)

Pay

• Base rate of $100 per completed assessment
• Earn up to $3000 to $5000 each week (Average 6-9 visits daily)
• Increase your per-visit rate up to 160% with our Market Multiplier*

Schedule

• Flexible Schedule
• Short-Term or Long-Term basis
• Shifts available Monday - Sunday (no nights/weekends required)
• Pre-scheduled visits in-home with health plan members

Notes

You will not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter people’s current treatment regimen.

This is an excellent opportunity for resident physicians to earn additional income or for more seasoned physicians seeking a change of pace.
