Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans for UVC Vein Centers within a designated territory, focusing on targeted physician referral growth.
- Establish and maintain ongoing communication with physician offices, specialty clinics, hospitals, and other key partners throughout the patient lifecycle.
- Educate contacts using branded materials, track leads via CRM, ensure proper follow-up, and represent the UVC brand professionally.
- Expand the referral base to grow designated UVC Vein business and continuously review, analyze, evaluate, and report on product performance and development opportunities.
- Educate new and existing physician contacts on UVC services and maintain the organization’s image as cutting-edge experts in vein disease treatment.
- Oversee efforts to position UVC competitively, including routine analysis of competitors’ strengths and services.
- Identify physician referral opportunities through research and prospecting, and maintain ongoing communications with referring providers and staff via in-person visits, emails, and phone calls.
- Provide information and branded messaging to physicians on UVC products and services.
- Coordinate speaking opportunities within hospitals, assisted living facilities, and medical associations.
- Identify strategies to promote provider engagement and collaboration, including new provider orientation, office visits, social events, referral dinners, and CEUs.

- Maintain behaviors consistent with UVVC’s Standards of Conduct and ensure the confidentiality and security of Protected Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA and other applicable laws.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Optional bilingual proficiency.
- 2–5 years of medical sales experience, including 1–2 years of outside B2B experience.
- Existing relationships with physicians, ACOs, and healthcare facilities.
- Understanding of vascular diseases and ability to communicate clinical information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Compliance with HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, and Stark Laws.
- CRM experience, Salesforce a plus.
- Excellent time management, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, negotiation skills, and ability to maintain professional conduct in all situations.
- Proven success working independently.
- Maintain minimum personal auto insurance coverage of $100,000 per person for bodily injury liability, $300,000 per accident for bodily injury liability, and $50,000 for property damage liability.
- Willingness to travel up to 100% of the time and live within a 30-minute commute of the home clinic.

Pay
Total compensation ranges from $82,000 to $152,000 per year, based on experience, and may include base salary, bonuses, and other incentive pay.
