About the Role

Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians. A current Virginia state license is a plus. Candidates interested in working in an academic setting with current residents are desired.

The Practice

• 185-bed hospital with 16 open ICU beds
• Chest Pain Center, Stroke Center, and STEMI Receiving Center
• Annual volume of 12,000 with an average of 20 admits per day and 10 admits per night
• No procedures required unless desired
• Onsite labs and imaging
• Variety of sub-specialty backup available including anesthesia, cardiology/EP, infectious disease, Heme/Onc, and more
• State-of-the-art facility with recent bed expansion and renovation

Pay

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. Vituity physicians participate in the partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation, including partnership income, varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
