About the role
Private single specialty group is seeking an experienced Hospitalist to its growing program at a community hospital. Ideal candidate is a physician with previous roles at a smaller facility with low trauma.
Responsibilities
- Average daily census 12-13 patients
- Day shift only
- Staffing Model:
- Weekdays: 1 MD 7am-7pm; APP admitter support Mon-Fri 2pm-12am; Telemedicine 12a-7am
- Weekends: 1 MD 7am-7pm; Telemedicine 7pm-7am
Compensation
- Year 1: Salary $295k + $20k quality bonus = $315k
- Year 2: Salary $310k + $20k quality bonus = $330k
- Ability to pick up extra shifts with primary or secondary locations nearby

Requirements
- Ability to obtain/maintain medical license in New Hampshire
- 1+ years experience preferred
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine
