About the role
An established hospitalist group is seeking a Board Certified Family or Internal Medicine trained physician to join the team and cover one primary site among several metro area hospitals in Southern California. Options include day shifts, nocturnist shifts, or a hybrid of both.
- 7 on / 7 off block schedule
- Ability to work extra shifts for additional pay
- No procedures required
- Closed ICU
- 16+ patients per shift
- RVU bonus on top of base salary
- W2 or 1099 options with uncapped income potential
Location
Live and practice in metropolitan Los Angeles, a major entertainment hub with diverse amenities all within a short drive. Multiple hospital locations available, with efforts made to minimize windshield time.
Pay
Choose between salary with full benefits or a 1099 option.
- $245,000 or more base salary + bonus
- Uncapped RVU bonus on top of salary

Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
- Ability to obtain and maintain a California medical license and DEA in good standing
