About the role

We are seeking physicians in the St. Louis, MO area to join our team. This position offers competitive base salary and aggressive quarterly incentive pay.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality, patient-centered care through quality medicine and compassion
• Provide care to patients who cannot access necessary care in a traditional practice setting
• Participate in clinically integrated network (CIN), population health management, and value-based healthcare initiatives
• Implement best practice protocols for conditions such as COPD, pneumonia, CHF, diabetes, and chronic care management
• Utilize a web-based EHR for all clinical work
• Receive comprehensive benefits including a 401K with match, annual stipend for CME and license/association dues, and UpToDate for tablets and phones
• Enjoy minimal call responsibilities, averaging 10 patients per day, with no nights, no holidays, and no hospital rounds
• Benefit from quality, face-to-face interactions with patients and families

• Collaborate with a medical assistant and patient care coordinator

Requirements

Must have a current medical license in Missouri and be board certified or board eligible in an applicable specialty.

Qualifications

Experience in home-based primary care is preferred but not required.
