About the role
VPA is seeking physicians to join our team in the Marysville, MI area. We offer competitive base salaries and aggressive quarterly incentive pay, along with a comprehensive benefit package including a 401K with a match, an annual stipend for CME and license/association dues, and UpToDate on tablets and phones.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality, patient-centered care in a home setting
- Manage a caseload of up to 10 patients per day
- Participate in quality improvement activities and clinical integration initiatives
- Utilize best practices in chronic disease management and population health management
- Collaborate with a medical assistant and patient care coordinator
- Access to fully implemented compliance, QAPI, infection prevention and control plans
Requirements
- Current medical license in Michigan
- Experience in home-based primary care preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- At least 3 years of experience in primary care

- Excellent clinical skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
