- Work with other physicians in teams but manage your own panel of patients Monday–Friday

Responsibilities
- Provide patient care that is compassionate, appropriate and effective for the treatment of health problems and the promotion of health
- Demonstrate professionalism through commitment to carrying out professional responsibilities, adherence to ethical principles, and sensitivity to a diverse patient population
- Engage in systems-based practice by demonstrating awareness of and responsiveness to the larger context and system of health care and by effectively calling on system resources to provide care of optimal value
Qualifications
- Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency trained, board certified or board eligible
- Ability to obtain Nevada license, DEA, Pharmacy license
- Medical knowledge about established and evolving biomedical, clinical, epidemiological and social behavioral sciences and application of this knowledge to patient care
- Interpersonal and communication skills that result in effective information exchange and collaboration with patients, their families and other health professionals
- Sufficient computer skills to effectively utilize Electronic Medical Records in practice
- Practice-based learning and improvement that involves investigation and evaluation of patient care, appraisal and assimilation of scientific evidence and improvements in patient care

Pay
The salary range for this role is $245,000 to $366,000 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
$100,000 Sign-On Bonus
$100,000 sign-on bonus for external candidates.
