Physician Associate or Nurse Practitioner - Hospitalist - Per Diem
About the role
MaineHealth Memorial Hospital is seeking a Physician Associate (PA-C) or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP-C) to join the Hospitalist team to work Per Diem at Memorial Hospital, a critical access hospital located in North Conway, NH.
Responsibilities
- Admissions, daily rounding, acute visits and discharges of patients
- Ordering and interpreting laboratory data
Requirements
- Successful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program, with a Master’s Degree level of education.
- Current Board Certification as a PA/NP.
- Active State of NH PA/NP license or eligible.
- Current BCLS & ACLS certifications.
- Minimum 2 years of hospitalist or critical care experience preferred.
Qualifications
Collaborative, team approach to patient care. Well-appointed 25-bed critical access hospital; a member of the largest health system in Northern New England. Fully integrated Epic EMR. Per Diem, day shift schedule.
