Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner – Occupational Health

Qualifications

• Licensure / Certification / Registration Required: Nurse Practitioner with Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Michigan Board of Nursing/obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Michigan Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
• Current, valid state license (PA or NP) and appropriate certification (NCCPA or ANCC/AANP).
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
