About the role
We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our orthopedic practice specializing in spine, extremity, and pain management (non-narcotic procedures).
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and review medical histories
- Interpret diagnostic tests
- Perform injections and procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons to develop treatment plans
- Provide patient education
- Manage follow-ups
- Optional surgery assistance
Requirements
- Current NJ license
- Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program
- At least 2 years of experience in orthopedics
- Experience with EMR systems
- Strong communication skills and teamwork ability
- Willingness to learn
