Physical Therapy Supervisor - Inpatient Rehab

Department: Inpatient Rehabilitation

Responsibilities

• Supervises Rehab Services daily activities.
• Coordinates and supervises staff and clinical affiliates, treatments, and activity schedule.
• Assists in planning and establishing policies and procedures and development of new programs.
• Trains and monitors competency of new and current personnel.
• Assists in staff performance evaluations.
• Provides direct patient care including evaluation and treatment as dictated by census with a negative variance.
• Assists Director in management of department and assumes any delegated assignments.

Requirements

• Graduate from an approved school with a BS or BA degree, Masters, or doctorate degree in physical therapy or occupational therapy.
• Three years experience as a practicing physical therapist.
• Licensed by the professional licensing board of state.
• BCLS for healthcare provider’s certification upon hire and maintain current.

Schedule

The hours are variable (days and evenings).

Pay

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $91,852.80 to $133,036.80 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation will be determined based on factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
