Physical Therapy Assistant - PTA - License Required

About the role

Seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to provide in-home physical therapy services, primarily for clients with chronic and terminal illnesses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly in-home visits lasting 1-2 hours, following physician's care plans
• Document services, progress, and observations accurately
• Educate clients and report changes or concerns to the team
• Participate in interdisciplinary and quality improvement activities
• Promote safety and confidentiality in all aspects of work
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and regulations
• Engage in ongoing professional development and additional responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• Current license, registration, or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Minimum six months of experience as a PTA
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Licensed driver with a clean record

Pay

$38/hr plus shift differentials.
