Join our team as a Physical Therapy Assistant, providing in-home care to clients with chronic and terminal illnesses resulting from previous work environments. Responsibilities include conducting in-home visits, following physician’s care plans, documenting services, and reporting changes to the team.Deliver physical therapy services, educate clients, and participate in interdisciplinary activities and team meetings.Promote safety, adhere to infection control and confidentiality policies, and ensure a secure environment for clients and staff.Engage in ongoing professional development and quality improvement activities. Qualifications Current license, registration, or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant in applicable states or eligibility to take the exam.Graduate of an accredited PTA program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.Minimum six months of experience as a PTA.Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.Valid driver’s license with a clean record and insurance as required. Key duties include providing therapy services, documenting care, communicating with team members, ensuring safety, and participating in professional development.
