Qualifications
- Physical Therapist, Skilled
- Minimum 1 year of PT experience (Compact license accepted)
- SSN and DOB required
- Work history gaps must not exceed 30 days total
- At least one professional reference from the last 12 months

Pay
Pay rate: $2,451.00 – $2,526.00 (weekly).
