About the role
Advance your career as a Travel Physical Therapist in Cape Coral, FL, with a 13-week contract offering a mix of skilled nursing facility and outpatient settings. You’ll work five 8-hour day shifts each week, seeing about 6 to 8 patients daily.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient mobility
- Develop individualized care plans
- Provide hands-on therapy to restore function and reduce pain
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Document progress for each patient
Requirements
- Hold a Florida PT license
- Strong SNF experience
