About the role

As a Physical Therapist at Powerback, you will help patients regain their health and vitality. Your primary responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering physical therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans
• Deliver physical therapy sessions in various settings including skilled nursing centers, assisted and independent living facilities, outpatient clinics, and home-based care
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and patients to ensure comprehensive care
• Train patients and caregivers on skills promoting independence and productivity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of [State]
• Experience in physical therapy, particularly in rehabilitation and wellness services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to different patient needs and environments
