Requirements

• Degree in physical therapy from an accredited program
• Active Massachusetts PT license (PT‑MA)
• BLS certification (copy needed)
• SSN required
• DOB required
• One professional reference

Skills

• Strong teamwork skills (recommended)
• Travel experience (preferred)
• Skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience (preferred)

$1,835.00 – $1,891.00 per week
