About the role

Travel Physical Therapist – Skilled assignment in Peabody, MA, providing short‑term rehab, skilled nursing, and long‑term care services. The therapist assesses mobility, strength, and function, develops treatment plans, maintains records, and educates patients and families to help individuals build strength, reduce pain, and improve daily function.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding therapy goals and home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license.
• Minimum 1 year experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings.
• Degree in Physical Therapy.

Preferred qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
