About the role

Travel Physical Therapist assignment in Honolulu, HI, working in a skilled nursing environment to help patients restore mobility and improve quality of life. You will evaluate physical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy to enhance strength, balance, and functional abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and functional status.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, balance, and mobility.
• Document assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Hawaii Physical Therapist license (PT‑HI).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Social Security Number and date of birth required for background check.
• At least one professional reference covering the entire work history.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in skilled nursing facilities (SNF) or rehabilitation settings.
• Previous travel nursing/therapy experience.

Pay

Daily rate: $1,905.00 – $1,963.00.

Schedule

• Available shifts: 8‑hour day.
