Travel Physical Therapist position in Dickinson, North Dakota, working in a skilled nursing facility. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve mobility and function. Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve mobility and function.
- Float to other facilities within 30 miles as needed to maintain guarantee hours.
Requirements
- Physical Therapist, Skilled – 1 year of experience.
- Current PT license (compact accepted; copy required).
- BLS certification.
- Any color scrubs permitted.
- SSN and date of birth required.
- Work history with no more than 30 days of gap overall.
- At least one professional reference.
Qualifications
- Preferred: Experience with SNF & Rehab Optima.

Pay
Pay rate: $2,418.00 – $2,492.00 (per week).
Schedule
Typical 13‑week travel assignment with 8‑hour day shifts.
