Responsibilities

• Deliver autonomous, clinically-evidence-based physical therapy interventions tailored to individual patient needs.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to optimize functional outcomes.
• Create, adjust, and manage flexible treatment schedules based on patient requirements.
• Support patient recovery, mobility, and independence in their homes and communities.

Qualifications

• Valid PT license or eligibility in practice state(s).
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Basic computer skills and current CPR certification.
