About the Role

Full-time Physical Therapist I position in an acute care hospital setting, focusing on patient-centered care and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
• Deliver therapeutic interventions, including mobility and gait training
• Support early mobility and patient progression
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care and discharge planning
• Educate patients and families
• Maintain accurate documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctorate, or Certificate in Physical Therapy
• Current state license in Physical Therapy
• BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification
