Responsibilities
- Deliver autonomous, clinically-excellent interventions aimed at improving patient outcomes
- Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team focused on functional goals
- Create, modify, and manage personalized treatment plans
- Support patient education and engagement
Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapy license or eligibility
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Basic computer skills
- Current CPR certification
