About the role
We are seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient setting in Auburn, ME. This role involves providing individualized, patient-centered care, including evaluations, developing treatment plans, implementing therapeutic interventions, and monitoring patient progress.
Responsibilities
- Perform assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapeutic interventions aimed at rehabilitation and functional improvement
- Adjust treatments based on patient progress
- Educate patients and families on recovery goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure safety standards
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care and compliance with regulations
- Work in a hospital-based outpatient environment with EMR integration
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor's, Master's, Doctorate, or Certificate)
- Current state licensure
- Current BCLS (AHA) certification
