About the Role

We are seeking skilled Physical Therapists to join our team in Kansas, providing 1:1 geriatric care through Geriatric House Calls™. This role involves delivering autonomous, clinically excellent interventions aimed at improving patient outcomes and promoting functional independence in a community-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver autonomous, clinically excellent physical therapy interventions.
• Improve patient outcomes and promote functional independence for geriatric patients.
• Provide 1:1 care through house calls.

Requirements

• Valid state license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Basic computer skills.
• Current CPR certification.
