Physical Therapist - PT - PRN - Weekdays

About the role

Symbria is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide weekday coverage across a cluster of retirement communities in the Lancaster area, including Brethren Village and several other top-rated senior communities (SNF/LTC/CCRCs) such as Landis Homes, Lititz United Zion, Lititz Fairmount Homes, Ephrata Garden Spot Village, New Holland Maple Farms, and Akron.

Responsibilities

• Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation
• Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community served

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists
• Valid state license
• Weekday availability required (can also be available for weekends)
• At least 1 year of acute care, long-term care, and/or rehabilitation experience
• Nethealth Proficiency
